Aftercare

To get the most out of your visit please read the following aftercare advice:

BOOK ANOTHER SESSION: It actually takes many years of constant abuse to push our bodies out of their natural state of balance. Because Massage is such a natural therapy, there is no cosmetic ‘quick fix’. Like all natural approaches to healing proper Massage enables any imbalances to gradually work themselves out of your system. Having a series of sessions enables you to release at deeper and deeper levels as the sessions progress.

TAKE YOUR TIME: Your body will take time to process any healing which may have taken place, so be gentle with yourself, notice how you feel; be aware of what feels different and remember to keep breathing!

WATER: Try and drink plenty of fresh water following your therapy as this will help to flush out and eliminate toxins which have been released and thus help cleanse your body of waste products.

There is nothing right or wrong for you to feel after a treatment but please call me if you experience anything unusual or feel concerned about your condition in any way.
