Sophie Atkinson

I am a committed and motivated therapist who has been involved in the field of complementary health since 1995 when I first trained in Reflexology. It sparked an enduring passion and in 2003 led me to exchange my former role as HR manager for the life of a self-employed therapist.

In 2007 I accidently came across a training course called Transforming Touch, run by Gerry Pyves of NO HANDS® Massage. It transformed my life and the way I now work. All my massage is now NO HANDS® Massage because my clients love it and I think it is the most powerful touch I have come across in all my training. I am now a Master and study with Gerry on his Mastery Programme. This is an intensive training programme with four residential weekends a year, meaning my work is very closely and personally supervised by Gerry to ensure that you will get the best treatment I can give.

My emphasis is on allowing the natural energies of the body to re-balance through the deep release you only experience with a NO HANDS Massage. My aim is to create a nurturing environment where your body is able to heal itself using awareness of the breath and movement of my bodyweight. The effect is fluid, deep and incredibly powerful.
